The timeline we follow when someone needs a Kenworth, Volvo, or Isuzu gone in a day, and how to make sure the number we give you sticks.
When someone calls us with a prime mover parked in a tight yard or a tipper blocking the driveway, the clock is already ticking. We start with the basics—make, model, year, and a quick run-down on engine, box, and diffs—so we can price it before anyone leaves the office.
Clear photos save hours. Front and rear shots, cab, odometer, engine bay, and any damage close-ups let us lock the number in. You don't need to detail the truck; a dusty, work-ready unit is exactly what we expect to see.
Once the price is agreed, we line up the driver and paperwork at the same time. Payment is via Osko, sent while the truck is still on the ground. You see cleared funds hit your account before we move a wheel.
For metro jobs we can usually inspect and tow inside a day. Regional pickups are normally next day or within 48 hours depending on distance. Either way, towing is on us and we handle disposal notices so VicRoads doesn't chase you.
