The paperwork starts before the driver leaves our yard. We generate a written quote, purchase agreement, and proof of ID for the licensed buyer on the day. You'll see the same documents our compliance team files.

At pickup we complete a notice of disposal and hand you a copy so VicRoads knows the truck has changed hands. If plates are still on the truck, we either remove them for you or document that they were missing.

For businesses we include a tax invoice showing VIN, rego (if any), agreed price, and payment method. If you need the company ABN or LMCT number for your records, it's already printed on the paperwork.

We store digital copies in case you misplace anything later. A quick email to us gets you the full pack so you don't lose time when you're doing BAS or insurance updates.
